All photographic images contained on our website are protected by copyright and are not to be used without permission. Those wishing to use any photographic images must send a request to the management at TDT. All requests are subject to approval by the TDT. The images in the portfolio are protected by copyright under the laws of Australia and, through international treaties, other countries. Photographic images may only be used in accordance with our Conditions of Use.
Conditions of Use
Prior to submitting a request to the TDT for use of an image, you must agree to accept all of the following terms: * Only the person requesting the image is authorised to use this image for the purposes as outlined in the initial request. Subsequent use of the Image for any other purpose will require a new request to the TDT. * Once approved to use an TDT image, you may not purport to license or assign copyright in the image to any other party or charge any third party for use of the image. * Use of any image herein is on a request-by-request basis only. * The Images may only be used for the purposes of promoting the RBG. * Images may not be used for any advertising, displays, any other web sites or any other promotional purpose unless prior written approval is granted by the TDT. * The photographer must be acknowledged and attributed in any use of that image. * You warrant that you shall not at any time take any step or make any omission that brings the reputation or good standing of the photographer of the image or TDT into disrepute. * TDT has the sole discretion to approve or deny any requests for use of an image.
